Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.

 

Q. What are your check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in time is  3 pm local time. Check-out time is 10 am local time. Your cooperation by checking out on time is appreciated.

 

Q. Do you offer after-hours check-in? My flight gets in real late!

A. No worries! We know all about flight delays - especially on international routes! For your convenience, our check-in location offers an after-hours pickup box.

 

Q. What's this I hear about a discount if I rent a car from DollarTM?

A. You heard that right! We offer our customers a discount code for renting through Dollar. Ask us for the code after you confirm your booking with us, but BEFORE reserving a car with Dollar! Please note that this offer is managed by Dollar and is subject to their terms and conditions.

 

Q. Where can I park my car?

A. Covered parking is available in the building. There is sufficient space for up to 3 cars or a boat!

 

Q. Is public transportation available along the beaches? or Where is the closest trolley stop?

A. Yes! The Suncoast Beach TrolleyTM runs along the beaches, and stops right outside the building. Visit the PSTA website for schedules, fares and more info.

 

Q. Is this condo on the beach?

A. The condo is across the street from the beautiful Indian Shores beach. Public beach access is available. The building is along the InterCoastal waters and, in fact, our pool is on the edge of the InterCoastal bay! Click here for a map of the island

 

Q. Is the kitchen fully equipped? Are dishes and silverware provided?

Q. Is there an elevator in the building?

A. No. This is a typical Florida building with only 20 large condos. This condo is located 2 flights up.

 

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. Sorry, pets are not permitted.

 

Q. Can I smoke in the condo with the windows open?

A. Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited, even with the windows open. If we can smell smoke inside the condo, your ENTIRE security deposit will be FORFEITED. You may smoke in the balcony, but please remember to keep the balcony doors closed.
